Agreement and parties
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between the user and the publisher of Keybordia. It covers the Keybordia software and its iOS components, including the keyboard and Messages extension, according to the versions made available.
By downloading, installing or using the software, users accept the license limitations below, subject to their rights under applicable law. If they reject this agreement, they must not install or continue using Keybordia and may remove the software from their device.
This text applies between the user and the publisher of Keybordia; it grants no rights beyond the license expressly described here.
License granted
Subject to compliance with this agreement, the publisher grants users a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and run Keybordia on compatible devices they control, for private use and in accordance with its intended purpose.
The license covers versions of Keybordia obtained through an authorized channel and updates made available for those versions. It does not authorize making the software publicly available, renting, reselling, sublicensing it or operating it as a service for third parties.
Usage rights end when users stop using the software or when the license is terminated under this agreement. Provisions that by their nature must continue to apply, particularly those concerning intellectual property and liability, survive within the limits provided by law.
Ownership and protected elements
The software, its code, structure, interface, name, logos, original texts, themes and graphic resources belong to the publisher or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in Keybordia. Apart from the usage rights expressly granted and statutory exceptions, users may not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, extract, redistribute, market or create a derivative work from the software or its elements.
Third-party components and open-source software remain governed by their own licenses where applicable. A list of components and required notices must be published in this section before commercial distribution; their licenses prevail for the rights they expressly grant.
User content and results
Users retain the rights they hold in their texts, prompts, messages and other content. They grant the publisher only limited permission to process and transmit them to the providers necessary to perform the requested feature.
Generated suggestions may not be unique, accurate or cleared for every intended use. Users remain responsible for reviewing and adapting them and respecting third-party rights before any use or publication.
No generated result grants users any right in the software, models, trademarks or resources of the publisher or its providers. Generating a suggestion in Keybordia does not, by itself, send it to a third party.
Usage restrictions
Users may not use Keybordia to bypass technical protections, access systems without authorization, disrupt services or attempt to extract the app's non-public components, models or data.
They may not rent, resell, redistribute or make the software or its resources available separately, or remove ownership or license notices. These restrictions do not apply where a mandatory rule expressly permits an act that cannot be prohibited by contract.
Users agree to comply with applicable laws, the rights of others and the terms of third-party services they choose to use. The publisher may proportionately suspend access in the event of unlawful use or a concrete risk to software security.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided according to the features and availability of the installed version, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, compatible with every third-party app or suitable for a particular professional need.
The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality or relevance of any generated result. Users must keep their own copies of important data and check texts before relying on, sending or publishing them.
The exclusions and limitations of liability in this agreement apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. They do not remove mandatory statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Platform, term and contact
When Keybordia is obtained through an app store, that platform's terms may also apply to purchases, downloads, refunds and use of its system. This agreement is with the publisher of Keybordia, not the store operator.
The publisher, not the platform operator, is responsible for Keybordia, its content and expressly offered support services, to the extent provided by law and applicable distribution agreements. Requests relating to payment or a download must follow the store's relevant channel where it handles them.
For questions about the license, users can use the form in the Support section. The licensor's identity, legal contact details, applicable law and list of third-party components must be completed before this agreement takes public effect.
