Enable the Keybordia keyboard
On your iPhone, open Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard, then choose Keybordia. In an app, tap the keyboard globe and select Keybordia.
For AI suggestions from the keyboard, return to the keyboard settings and enable Allow Full Access. An Internet connection is also required. This permission is not needed for local features such as typing and styles.
The assistant is not suggesting anything
In the Assistant tab, type or paste some text, choose Reply, Rephrase or Write, then tap Suggest 3 replies. An Internet connection is required. If you are making the request from the keyboard, also check that Full Access is enabled.
The keyboard cannot always read conversation text: iOS or the app you are using may hide the contents of the field. In that case, paste the message into the Assistant in the Keybordia app. Suggestions must be reviewed and are never sent on your behalf.
If a message says your resources are exhausted, try again later or view the Premium options in the app.
A style does not display correctly in an app
Keybordia's decorative styles use Unicode characters, not fonts installed in each app. Their appearance, accessibility and compatibility depend on the receiving app and device. Try the Classic style if text is difficult to read or edit.
The layout or corrections are not suitable
Choose the layout in Keybordia's Languages tab; it is shared with the keyboard. Typing, correction and AI features do not have the same capabilities in every language. Some apps may also apply their own language settings.
A purchase or subscription is missing
Check that you are using the same Apple Account as when you made the purchase. For a subscription, open Keybordia Premium and tap Restore Purchases. Payments and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store.
If the purchase is still unavailable after restoring it, specify the purchase type in the form below. Do not send a card number, Apple password or verification code.
